Can somebody please point me in the right direction?
2 vehicle collsion, 1 insured driver, 1 uninsured driver. The insured driver is not at fault as the uninsured driver rear ended him. I believe there is a government agency that we need to make contact with in order to make a claim for repair or replacement?
