Courses in management for teachers

Does anyone know where does courses in Management for Secondary Teachers. Know of someone who would like to apply for post of Principal but wants some qualifications behind them.

Can they not just do a distance learning post graduate course with one of the universities? (DCU, UCD, Open University etc.)

there is one in the Education departmetn of UCC.
