I'd suggest you contact the HSE National Counselling Service. It is a free confidential service available throughout Ireland, funded by the HSE. Check out their website in the link I've provided for more information.
As you haven't specified what type of counsellor you are looking for, I'd also recommend having a word with your family doctor who I'm sure can recommend an appropriate person.

I went on that website HSE National Counselling Service and they just deal with adults who have experienced childhood abuse
