I travel weekly to Glasgow for work and the return flight has been delayed consistently every week for the last 11 weeks. The delay varies by between 1 hour and 2.5 hours. I have taken this up with the airline in question but their response is always that delays are inevitable on Fridays due to traffic congestion at Dublin airport. Is there any agency or body that I can take this issue up with as my view is if the airline cannot adhere to their schedule then change the schedule but don't have passengers week in week out waiting at an airport.
