concrete or timber

I'm trying to buy a site at the moment & was wondering does anyone have advice on the concrete built versus timber houses

i have lived in two timber framed estate houses and found them perfect, warmer than concrete built, and i watched both going up also and they're fast to erect. the only thing is they can be noisey and dont think you'll be able to hang an art gallery even on the external walls, the plaster board on the inside of walls both internal and external is quite light

If you are buiding your last house just personally I would go for hollowcore flooring and blocked internal walls. There is an option of steel framed and think they can pour the floor. Plus remember dormers can be very noisy with bad weather.
