I am to retire at month end and have just been informed by phone today that my company are going to take 0.6% from my lump sum and hold it and if new levy will not come into force will return it to me down the road.as the new levy is not in force and as far as i know is only a bill at present is it legal to take any money from my fund other then normal tax
