I resigned position under protest and filled in grievance document, company want to discuss it now after I have left, should I tell them what I want or just listen and bring Union rep with me and let him do the talking.
You have left, you have nothing to gain unless you can prove you services were terminated unfairly and are bringing a "case" against the company. At this stage also your union rep is superfluous to requirements.
