Hi all,
I am a leader of a newly formed nationwide youth club.
For the past 2 years there has been a National Executive however we have recently reformed to become a company for legal reasons.
There are a few questions we have that we should know the answers to but dont
The questions I put to you are the following:
What is the legal role of chairperson, secretary and treasurer?
What are the legal implications of chairperson, secretary and treasurer?
Must each of these roles legally be filled by a director or can a non director fill one of the roles eg treasurer?
