Comments on living in Rush

Can anyone comment on moving a family (2 children in national school) to Rush from Dublin? We have had an offer accepted in an older part of the town near the harbour. From a cost perspective the house is affordable compared to other areas up and down the coast.
 
Hi markn, I don't live in Rush however moved to Lusk last year. I have to say myself and my family really like it. With the good weather we've been to the beach both in Rush and Skerries a good few times. There's a train station between Rush and Lusk and the M1 is a great road. Swords is 10 mins away - handy for the Pavillions where they are building a cinema complex. Let me know if you want any more info.
 
rush is vey nice....I visit the place once and I think its one of the best place in dublin........nice scenery !!!!
