colour match aerosol paint?

Can anyone tell me if/where I can find someone who will mix up aerosol paint to match a sample? Ideally in Dublin...

If you're looking for a can to match a car colour these can usually be bought off the shelf at a motor's factors, especially if the colour is from a new car model.

Thanks for that but it is not for a new car model- the colour I need is definitely not available off the shelf but someone told me that it is possible to get colours mixed to order from a sample (like the service for house paint). I am trying to find out if that is true or not... Has anyone heard of it?

You might like to give Vinny Byrne, 13, Synott Place, Dorset Street a call. I believe he can mix any paint colour you need. I seem to remember being given his name some time ago when I was looking to get a non-standard paint colour. Phone 8306695. I see that there is a Vinny Byrne Ltd at Westlink Industrial Estate. Don't know if these are one and the same person.
