Co managed pension, declare on P35?

Our Co pays into a Co pension for our two directors. They do not pay into it personally. It is managed by the trustee, which is the Co in this case. It was approved on set up b y revenue, etc. But I am wondering if I have to make reference to payments into it on the P35L I just submitted? My pension advisors who set it up say it's not relevant to the P35 as the Director's do not pay in them selves. All payments are from the CO. Just want to double check this is the case. Thanks.
