Just closed my Trade Republic account after asking a pretty straightforward question, waiting two weeks for an answer, and then receiving a couple of sterile copy-and-paste paragraphs that have absolutely nothing to do with my question. IMO an outfit with that kind of customer service attitude is untrustworthy. Hard to imagine if something went wrong and one needed urgent assistance.
