Cleaning floor tiles

Hello,

I have recently put down floor tiles in a new build, they are down now about a week, they are a red terracotta colour, however every time i mop the floor an hour later when they dry out the floor goes back to a grey color, i have heard that people polish these tiles to matian natual color, does anyone have any experience with this

this is probably just the grout settling, it takes a good few washes to get rid of it.
