Hi there does anyone own an apartment in the city home residency in O street.
I have an apartment there myself and I am regulary sent bills from the management company which I think some are just them trying to get money for nothing from the owners.
The latest being a letter saying that they had made a mistake in 2007 for the common fees and basically they want to correct the mistake in 2009 by each owner sending them about 800euros.
Also if you do own a place there did you ever maqnage to rent your place for the 1300euros that we were all promised.
