chunky wooden venetian blinds

Hi,

I am looking for white wooden venetian blinds for a sunroom.

I would like to find a chunky set. I don't mean 50mm in width... but the thickness of the actual wood used. I have seen many examples of the regular wooden blinds having snapped or cracked.

Has anybody found a supplier who use thick wood.

Low cost wood be an advantage too!
