Cheapest company to transfer funds abroad?

I want to transfer about €20,000 to a bank account in Canada
I know simply by doing through bank of Ireland may be costly. Can someone recommend a good company to do this through?

try fairfx they have some good rates, if you go onto their website you can check the rates, miles better than a bank

I used transfermate.com and found them very good, only gripe was with BOI who limited the amount I could transfer to transfermate because I used the mobile payee registration.
