Changes to site with fpp

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can help. I'm currently looking at a site with fpp. I'm just wondering about making changes to the interior of the house. A few questions-
How easy or difficult is this? I'd pretty much like to change alot of the layout.
How much would an architect charge to change the inside? (guideline figure)
I understand windows and doors will have to remain where they are, can internal walls be changed easily?
Any and all advice much appreciated.
 
you will need the services of an engineer. There shoiuld be no probs with planning
 
Thanks nediaaa, good to know. Would you have any idea of what engineer would cost for this, even a ballpark figure? Sorry, totally clueless at the minute
