CAT thresholds query

Hi,

Can anyone confirm for me the date from which the current CAT group thresholds [€414799/€41481/€20740] are effective?

I'm guessing the same day as the December 2009 budget [9th December 2009] but am not sure - the Revenue site simply indicates 2010, suggesting that they applied from 1 January of 2010.

I believe it is from 01/01/2010. My I.T.I. wallchart shows 2009 as 08/04/09 to 31/12/09 and then the next column is 2010. So since 2009 is up to 31/12/09 , 2010 must be from 01/01/10.
