Career in Child Minding

Hi guys,
hoping you can give some advice
My wife and I have 3 small children all will be in school shortly, my wife left work to look after the three of them originally.

Now my wife is thinking of starting back into paid employment and is looking at minding 1 or 2 children.

We are wondering what do we need to look out for, how do we advertise, what formal training would my wife need and if there is any tax implications, I heard there is a 15k limit that we could earn without entering the tax net but I am not sure.
