Can't sell a 1-bed apartment in Ongar, D.15

Your problem is that their are 15 other apartments for sale which means there are no buyers. You have to be the lowest, not one of the lowest. Forget what you paid for it. How much do you owe on it and would you be willing to sell for that. You don't need to pay any money to get experts in, just paint it Magnolia. I think Jister and Nadner have a more realistic view on how to calculate property prices.

+1 to the above. Houses were already overpriced when you bought. Think about how much you need to get for it in order to clear the majority or all of what you have left on the mortgage.
