Can you combine VTOS Course with Part Time work

I have been accepted on a VTOS Course for the next Courses starting in August.
I have also been accepted on a Training Course which may lead to some Temporary work over the next year.
Can the two be combined in other words can you continue to do the VTOS course and the few hours part time work or is there a conflict here.
Am just looking for some advice as to how best to address this issue , or is there an issue involved here.Thanks for any comments.
 
Will you be able to do 2 courses as the VTOS course is full-time? There appears to be nothing on the Dept of Education website VTOS information which stops you from doing 2 courses. As the VTOS allowance isn't means-tested, any income from part-time work doesn't matter.
If you're concerned, best bet is to contact the college where the course is taking place or the VEC office which is organising it.
 
Hi, you will have to be available between 9-30am and 4pm Mon to Thur with a half day on Friday to do the VTOS course.
