I know this is a bit of a dummie question, but can someone list the big estate agents? I can only think of Hooke and McDonald, and Gunne...

listed by areas so depending on the locations you're searching for, you can target the ones in the areas you're searching for properties in.

Remax, Sherry Fitzgerald, Hamilton Osborne King and Douglas Newman Goode come to mind when you ask of the high profile ones?

I want to look for new built apartments in Dublin city centre and I reckon the big agents will have the big developments.....
off hand, would anyone just be able to name off the big ones for me?

As PM1234 says, Sherry Fitzgerald, Gunne, Hooke MacDonald, HOK, Lisney, Douglas Newman Good. Others include Young Auctioneers, Mason Estates, GHD (Northside) and Wyse.

Depends on if you're talking commercial or residential.
There is a slight cross over when you talk about the new home market.
Top for new homes would be (in no particular order)
Gunne
Sherry Fitzgerald
Douglas Newman Good
Hamilton Osborne King
Hooke & MacDonald

Lisney doesn't feature in the new homes list afaik

Lisney have a new homes section now. I know they didn't in the past but have recently (?) set one up.
