we have an ongoing issue with our landlord and we are trying to resolve this with him. we have not paid rent for a number of months and we refuse to do so until we resolve the issue. he has given us one months notice to vacate the office (we do not have a lease agreement - just a month rolling agreement) what i am wondering is does he have the right to change the locks on the front door come the end of 1 months notice or does he have to go through a legal process to remove us? we have been in the office for over three years nowbut we have never signed a lease.
