can anyone tell me what to expect at meeting with Rights Commissioner?

I posted on this a few months ago about bein bullied at work and have gone through the whole process of tryin to sort things out and all that, i contacted the rights commissioner and have an appointment wit them shortly, I was just wonderin can anyone tell me what to expect at this meeting?

I went to the health and safety authority first and got a copy of my bosses bullying policy and was told that if i was not happy with it or not happy with the way he has dealt with things i was to contact the rights commis.

Mos - what exactly did you ask the rights commissioner to do? Have you lodged a case under a specific act? If so what Act?
