How do you calculate amount of rent one should charge say on a premises with 100k turnover ?
Are you renting from a landlord or are you going to rent your property to somebody else. Rent is determined by location, property condition etc. The turnover plays no part or relevance in setting the rent -- normally, but these are not normal.
