Buying Site with Planning permission

Hi

I thinking of buying a site of a friend. The site has full planning for a domer house. If I wanted to make changes to the type of house he has received planning for, do I have to apply for planning again. The changes would be both internal ( the layout of the rooms ) and external (changing the front of the house shape so you can see the lovely views out the front and also the shap of the side sunroom).

Yes you would have to go through the process of formally applying.
