Fair Enough if you have no interest in the property or associated trades.

I have found that when property puffers have their backs to the wall in terms of an investment location they usually start to gush about the weather, scenery and people as a diversion.

Look guys, you're asking for opinions and I gave you mine. Although I haven't lived in Calabria for 20 years, I still have close links to the area and I wouldn't advise you to buy a property there right now if you're looking for a good ROI. Basta cosi!
