Hi all

My partner lost his job in 2008.I have a proven track record of serial
entrepreneurship. I conceived,researched,marketed and financed a
new business for my partner which judging by enquiries was an instant success. Partner soon became secretive about earnings etc and the
relationship ended.They are now running a succesful going concern while
I am struggling financially.What recourse do I have?

I very much doubt you have any unless you have documented it.

You say you financed it? In what way? Did you lend them money? Did you buy shares in a company? Did you lend a company money?

That is the only bit you could get back.

I doubt if you could get anything for the conception, research and marketing.
