Build cost for tarmacing?

Anybody any idea of the cost per m2 to build some carparking spaces to a commercial premises?
I've a shop with some temporary parking. I want to remove existing gravel finish, excavate and tarmac.
I've had a look at Bruce Shaw rates which are €1000 per space
But I reckon they're much higher quality than mine!
I've got prices on drainage and kerbing so it's really just the finish that I want an idea on so I have a guide price.

it will depend on the area your in also, as the different places that make tar charge different amounts, also beware of cheap jobs, cowboys might give a good story but what depth of tar will they put down, and or have they it diluted with linseed or the likes. use someone with a good longstanding reputation as time can tell a good job from a bad one!!!
