Boylesport Cash out issue !

Boylesports seem to be operating a service they provide on their App very unfairly to its customers. They only let you cash out on losing bets no problem but when your bets are winning they suspend your cash out option altogether ??? Very odd ! Anybody experiencing the same issues ?
 
Bookies don't do much that the general public would consider fair, they're in the business of odds and have them heavily stacked in their own favour. If you win more than you lose over any period, they will ban you from their platform.
 
Yes Leo thx , that's the way it appears to be but should they be Allowed to operate in that manner ??? Other Irish online Bookmakers don't seem to be as unfair to their customers as Boylesports ! Either they don't have their system set up for Cash out Service properly or they are deliberately blocking people from cashing out when Boylesports will lose money , and seems to be the way ! Would you recommend some other platform please for me to use to highlight for people so that they might avoid opening account with Boylesports. Thx

Boyle Sports have to apply for a bookmaking license every year.

I suggest that you find out when they are next renewing it and make your points to the Judge.

If what you say is true, then you will be able to get them closed down.
