BoSI moving my loan from Certus to Pepper. Any cause for concern?

Hi,

Last week I got notification from BOS that from end of April Pepper Finance would be providing all services previously provided by Certus, also stated that there would be no change to Mortgage details adn they would stay with Bank of Scotland, I have 4 mortgage accounts with them and all performing with no missed payments since take out.

Do I need to worry about anything here?

Last week I received a notification from Certus re Interest rate reduction, however my payments had increased. I queried this and received a letter today stating that the reason for this is that my mortgage is in arrears. I rang and got a Pepper rep and was told that it went out in error to lots of customers.

Thankfully I've never had arrears and I requested that I get this in writing. I don't want this on my credit history to come back against me in the future.
