we bought a property in prague about four years ago. Rent has never covered mortgage we are short about E300 every month. Our three year fixed rate is up this July and we are trying to get a better interest rate. I was thinking I may use some saving and also maybe borrow some money in Ireland, I think you can borrow about E30,000 without having to show its for a property. Could anybody advise me where would be the best bank to get this money.
