I can't find anything about the terms and conditions of a cc revoke on BOI website or in the documentation relating to credit cards. Can anyone shed light on what specific notices the bank must give before a cc revoke? can a bank revoke a card even if the balance has been paid (and wasn't near the cc limit?)
I'm sure it's probably within the banks right to take back a card or cancel an account, but if they revoke a card then it goes on the ICB credit check. So if a bank revoked a card even though the full amount was paid, can it be appealed?
