Hi
Does anyone have one of these boilers and have they been able to get it serviced? There seems to be an issue re parts. Bord Gais even won't service it for me.
 
Yes, I have the same issue, it seems a Brexit thing. I was told by a gas servicing company that if it was working ok, just to leave it & not get anyone to service it! I'm very annoyed as it's only 5 or 6 years old.surely it's possible to post spare parts? Maybe it's too much hassle for the service company...
 
I'm still wrestling with this. I found a guy who is ex-Biasi worker and he agreed to do a "safety check" on it but need to chase him up. But that's not a fully satisfactory solution only a stop gap. I have sent an email to Biasi just now to ask what my options are.
 
Biasi gave me a number of a guy in Ashbourne but he says he doesn't do it anymore.
