The wall between us and our neighbours is quite low and since they don't keep their side gate closed I'd like to make the wall higher so noone can climb over it. Can anyone advise on the best way to prevent someone climbing over a wall? Since bricks are stable and easy to climb on would something lighter like trellis make it harder for someone to get over? Any other suggestions please? Thanks.

If it's possible to grow hedging, plant griselinia - grows so fast you'll have a wall in a few years. Needs a bit of maintenance to keep it trim, but will form a thick and luscious wall. Green, too!
