We are currently getting revenue approval for BES with the help of IDA.
We need to put together a prospectus and get our business plan in front of investors. Any advice on what this might cost and who are the specialists in this area. I know BDO/Davys are market leaders but would like to identify some alternatives.
Also not sure if we should try and get in under a BES fund umbrella or stay stand-alone?
 
If you are an Irish company and export (not sure of this with the IDA connection) then contact Enterprise Ireland. If not have you asked your contacts in the IDA if they can help?
 
Yes our IDA advisor has given us the basic spiel etc. But am interested in any experience anyone has to offer on fees etc for putting BES prospectus together - doesent seem to be any competition in this market..

I'm not sure if they can help but they are very good if they can (if you know what I mean).
 
I thought BES had expired on December 31 last. The government are currently applying to the EC for approval for re-introducing the scheme but my understanding is that at present BES has expired.
 
The EU have approved the extension of the scheme and BES is definitely available at present.

Just found out that the scheme has received approval.
