How small is too small in a 3 bedroom house close to town-centre, shops, bus and rail routes in Carlow.. or for that matter anywhere.
I saw a good prospect recently but the rooms would only fit a small single bed and a wardrobe (no dbl rooms) - honestly not more room for anything else; but a decently sized kitchen and living-room and plenty of (secure) parking-space.
