BCMS Problems

I have to put in a Short Commencement Notice. I manage to get to the stage where I download the form and sign it.
I then scan and save it as a PDF which I am required to do and upload.
I keep getting the message that it must be a PDF document which it is and I cannot get any further.
There seems to be no way of directly contacting the BCMS people

After many hours at this I tried Internet Explorer (I had been using Mozilla Firefox). I suceeded in uploading and making payment. Hope now than my Commencement Notice is acceptable.

Sometimes I.E. Works best for the general public and Firefox works best for the back end of the system.
