Battery for Dunnes caddy .

I own a caddy, for golf, bought in Dunnes. It uses a flat battery which you hang on to a bar. It is wearing out-where will I get a new battery?. I would prefer not to buy a new caddy just to get a new battery!

What make is the caddy and what's the reference for the battery? Dunnes might be your best hope for advice.

A flat battery won't work, because its well flat.

Did you not get a mains charger for the battery when you bought the caddy or is the case that the battery won't hold a charge?

... I would prefer not to buy a new caddy just to get a new battery!...

As already suggested did you call into Dunnes?

Getting a new battery should not be a problem....
Try this company. I have used them successfully in the past.
You might have to do a bit of digging to get an exact match to your battery.

Generally the battery is held in a cradle which will be a lot more difficult to get. However if this is ok you should be fine.

Thank you for your replies. I have checked the battery and the charger and there is no brand on either. Dunnes must have sold a thousand of these machines in the last 2 years-there must be batteries someplace!
I will enquire in Dunnes when I am next in the shop
