I was looking at the BoS site and it seems that the criteria for investment property is based solely on the LTV of the investmentt property (or properties) and the rental income. currenly have investment loan with EBS and we're waiting to draw down on the remainder for second investment property. When we applied for this though they looked at our own personal income and outgoings.. Has anyone gotten an investment loan with BoS? In practise will they want details of personal income etc also? Is it possible to get a loan offer at this point i.e. when a stage payment has been made by EBS and awaiting draw down? Do any other lenders base their investment loans in this way ? Any pointers would be appreciated - thanks.
