Hi, I'm working for the same company for 6yrs.8months. Our pay is a basic at 8.65 an hour and then Commission on top, but when it comes to holidays we don't get average commission, retail sales is what I do and most of the other branches get average commission during holidays. We are getting it in the last few months, approaches my boss and he says he didn't have to pay it as it's not in our contact, well then why pay it now? Anyone know where we would stand
