Apartment - Bad natural light

Quick question here regarding an apartment with windows and balcony facing on to the end of another block of apartments and so obstructing the amount of light coming in. All other things being equal, how much of a discount would you expect the price to attract compared to an identical apartment without these problems based on this alone?

I know its probably subjective, but I'd be interested in gathering a few opinions.
 
Just offer what you think it's worth. There's no "standard" discount. Personally, if you're going to live there yourself, it's probably not worth anything.
