Anybody who recently came of UB fixed rate, what rate were you offered?

Coming to an end of a 2 year fixed rate and nice chap on the phone told me I will go to a svr of 4.5% with the option of fixing. The rates he had as fixed are completely different to those advertised on the site which left me confused. Just wondering if anyone received a letter recently a what rates they were offered?

I don't think they seem to bother updating their website rates.

What is your loan to value? The UB rate is 4.4% for LTVs over 80%

Thanks Brendan. Man on phone told me 4.2 for this or 3.99 if we can prove ltv of less than 80%. I reckon our ltv is about 75%. We'll have to use one if their valuers to prove this. I didn't see any mention of these rates on.the site.

Their website is very badly designed.

I don't know what those 4.2% and 3.99% rates are. Ask him for them in writing or by email.

I wonder are they the old rates? The 4.5% certainly seems to be.
