Annual Pension Reports - What information am I entitled to

Can someone tell me what information I am entitled to receive in my annual report.

I set up an EPP nearly two years ago, transferring in the "pot" from my former employer. The funds are spread in a small number of investments and the reports for these are quite satisfactory.

I am, however, trying to get a handle on my regular monthly Pension contributions I was unhappy with my annual report for the first 12 months. It merely stated the gross value of the contributions that I had made, before charges, with no other financial information. I sent it back and was then sent a statement giving the same figure, the current value and a projected figure.

What I would like is a statement detailing:
Contributions since previous statement, including dates
Fees charged
Current value
Transfer value

Am I entitled to this? Should I be looking for more info than this? What more can I reasonably ask for?
 
I can only go by what I get from my provider for my exec pension (Canada Life) and my annual statement does contain the figures you're looking for - I think you're being perfectly reasonable to ask for more transparancy from your provider
