Hi

I've been viewing apartments and specifically the 2 bed duplex's in both estates over the past few months. Does anyone have an idea how much these properties are selling for?? Asking prices are between €345-355k at the moment for the duplex's - the auctioneer who is selling some of these is a cowboy so I was just wondering if any of you have been lucky enough to buy one of these properties recently.

i know the two you are talking about. they ll prob go for about 375 - 380 from what i ve seen in the area recently.
