Hi All

We move some small packages via Air to the Far East. Currently using Fed Ex who are now terrible to deal with - zero customer service. Do not solve problems.

Does anyone recommend anyone else ie DHL or UPS. TNT is now gone.
Looking for a decent price and some service!.

I use DHL all the time and find them very good including the customer service. I only ship documents so I don't know about bigger packages.
 
I import parcels from china regularly and have a choice of carriers.
I'll always choose DHL once price is similar to the others. Second choice is UPS, but they come a distance second.

If you send frequently, DHL will give decent rates.
