AIB Online Saver Account

Hello guys,

I am interested in saving up my money, and I've came across this AIB online saver account.
The wording of their Terms and Conditions (attached below) is very ambiguous, and I am quite unsure of how exactly it works.

If anybody has any information, experience or knowledge on this, help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks to all.
