Hi, my marriage broke up 3 years ago and we sold a property, made minimal profit and cleared a lot of bills and stuff. i recently applied for SDCC afordable schem & was successful in the lottery and was told i was approved.
it said on the applic that seperated people could qualify..i'm currently in process of having my seperation made legal. today i got a call stating that i am not eligible as i am not a 1st time buyer and that no exemptions apply to this rule. Where do i stand?
can anyone who has gone thru the affordable scheme in my situation enlighten me?
