Affordable housing initiative-SDCC

Hi guys I was just wondering was there anyone out there that has applied to South Dublin County Council to purchase a property under the " New " Affordable Housing Initiative? I would like to compare notes and see if anyone else is having the same problems that I am.

I went for this affordable 2 yrs ago....
i cam across a few downfalls and didnt go for it in the end.....

Myself and my partner have jointly applied to SDCC for the new initiative but have no major problems so far.

Hi there,Yes I've applied under this scheme, my main complaint is the lack of information. What sort of problems have you being having? Do you know if they will give any details about number of properties/size/exact locations etc?

Westie, do you mind me asking what sort of downfalls you came across that made you change your mind?
