Where an affordable dwelling includes just one parking space, is it possible to include the purchase of second space in the amount of your mortgage?
If it is possible how would this effect clawback? You would be paying the full price for the space, so I would think it should be taken out of resale price before giving the council their clawback percentage.
Does anyone have any experience of this?
